C Central Hotel and Resort The Palm

Pros: From Elisa at reception to Abdul at the concierge and all the rest of the staff excellent service. All the staff could not do enough for you

Tempted to stay with C Central again.

Pros: Everything was perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. The food was good, nicely located but a bit far from town. My favourite of all, was the pillow 😀 honestly we were so exhausted from travelling and the bedding made a huge difference to how well we recovered. Swimming wasn’t cold and super relaxing by the pool. The most beautiful sunset view from our room balcony.

Cons: I cannot fault this hotel or the service even if i wanted to be a “karen”. Every was just perfect.

Great hotel at a great price

Pros: The location on the Palm was good, it was incredibly clean and the food was excellent

Cons: Could do with a separate bar to relax in at night

A pleasant stay with good food, good service and fabulous location.

Pros: Location of the property is fantastic. Swimming pool was nicely heated and they have a lovely breakfast area which is clean and spacious. The staff in general especially on duty chefs and the reception team are really friendly and helpful. One chef (Mr Dehradun) went above and beyond to help us and made on demand food for us for one evening which made us feel very special. It was one of the best dishes we have ever had and we were blown away by the quality of service provided by this chef. OUTSTANDING!! The gym and leisure facilities are limited yet the service provided by the gym trainer and other staff members was top notch! Also the views from the gym and where the Jacuzzi is located are lovely.

Cons: For the property itself, it looks newish but fairly small as compared to other 5 stars i have stayed in the middle east. The rooms also look and feel newish but they are not as spacious and they have minor imperfections for example the bathroom door has to be forced down to close it properly and you can see very small flies in the corner of the shower head wall. Issues with toilet bidet as well but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The property did provide a wheelchair on request but apart from that the concierge service was lacking a little bit. Looked a bit too casual and not too attentive. I expected more from them as we had someone with a wheelchair access. No live sports channels on the tv at all. Nitpicking a little bit here but you expect absolute perfection from a 5 star hotel.

Super clean, friendly staff

Pros: Great location, felt brand new and very very clean

Cons: The sun beds did not feel like 5* hotel sun beds. Very uncomfortable for a day of tanning!

Pros: Excellent, delicious and diverse food. Very clean rooms, everything smells nice. Best location with beautyful view and Very friendly staff.

Pros: This was a very beautiful property to stay in friendly staff also loved the beach facilities and the infinity pools loved and enjoyed my stay there.

Great stay

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Ajit assist on checkout. He was really good. The view of the palm was amazing. The pool facilities was great.

Cons: The food was not great. We ordered alot of room service due to kids being tired. But the food was average it was lacking taste. Not much kid friendly meals.

Pros: Great view from the restaurant, where the infinity pool meets the sea in the Palm and the Dubai Marina in the background

Cons: Construction arround. But hey, Dubai is a rapidly growing city
