Overall, it’s a must-stay hotel.

Pros: To be honest, the biggest highlight was the amazing kids’ club. The breakfast selection was wonderful — hard to beat compared to other 5-star hotels. There was also a great variety of restaurants to dine in.

Cons: At check-in, I experienced some difficulties because my children do not share the same surname as me, so I had to provide their birth certificates to prove they are my children. The waterpark could benefit from having a dedicated section for hotel guests, as it was very crowded with outside visitors and we struggled to find seating.

Pros: Stunning building and attention to detail. Staff so helpful.

Cons: No wheelchair access into pools or at waterpark

The ultimate resort experience - 10/10

Pros: The staff were absolutely delightful - early checkin+later check out was much appreciated, our room on floor 12 West tower was spotless and the little touches when staff made up the room made us smile. Resort felt clean as well despite the business. Waterpark is the best. Food was very good. The services all around are high quality.

Cons: Food prices are high and considering kids eat so little we would have preferred better value in this area.

Fast pass in the waterpark and photos overall

Pros: There was staff everywhere to guide and help you with what ever question and need

Cons: What i didnt like was pictures and fast past as being part of a guest in the hotel is too expensive they should put price down guest staying at hotel much lower

Pros: Amazing property, as expected, it really does not disappoint. Ofcourse, it’s on the expensive side but really does satisfy you!

Amazing place, great food and facilities

Pros: The staff was so polite and helpful, the facilities are amazing, the food is great! Our stay was so good, I totally recommend it for family holidays for lots of fun moments and comfort!

Pros: As you would expect ……everything was amazing…beautiful beech area and lots to do

Cons: Nothing … the only thing I would say is , staying on the Palm you quite a long way from many of the attractions, so allow yourselves plenty of time to get there …the traffic can be very busy …..but I would definitely not let this put you off staying at the hotel

Pros: Loved the hotel staff and room turn down services. The staff really made us feel special. The waterpark was great fun to kill a few hours, even as an adult. the aquarium is lovely. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: Nitpicking here! our stay was excellent and i would happly stay again. The construction noise across from the hotel. impossible to get away from it making the beach and pool areas horrible to endure - certainly not conducive to relaxation. especially as it carries on well into the night. The stores are horribly expensive at the resort, daylight robbery on all items, even suncream. My word the coffee is really sub par - its really far below where it should be. Even my cheap bean to cup machine at home makes a better cappuccino.
