Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites - Ultra All Inclusive

Amazing break in a place of luxury

Pros: There is nothing not to like. The hotel is amazing, Staff are attentive, Food and drinks are top quality. Rooms are really nice and comfortable.

Memorable

Pros: Cleanliness, staff friendliness, buffet and restaurants were quality.

Pros: Our stay at Rixos Palm was amazing. Akram and Malek really went above and beyond to make our son’s first birthday the best ever, we couldn’t have asked for more. Everything was done with so much care and it honestly felt very special. Akram messaged us every day to check how our trip was going and if there was anything the team could do to make it more enjoyable, which we really appreciated. That kind of service is hard to come by and made the whole experience even better. This was our 7th time staying at a Rixos and easily the best hotel experience we’ve had so far. The staff, service and attention to detail were just amazing. We already can’t wait to book our trip again for May this year. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

Pros: What an experience!! The team at Rixos do a fantastic job - absolutely out standing service, location, condition and experience. 10 out of 10 guys

Excellent hotel

Pros: Quality in everything: services, food and beverages, WiFi, and hospitality.

Enjoyed every minute!

Pros: Room was very spacious and comfortable. All the meals were excellent. Particularly liked the pool by Turquoise restaurant as it was quieter. All facilities were of very high standard. Staff were pleasant and very efficient

Splendide

Pros: My stay at Rixos The Palm Dubai was absolutely perfect. The hotel exceeded every expectation — from the beautiful atmosphere to the exceptional service. A special thank you to Akram for his outstanding hospitality. He was attentive, professional, and made every moment of my stay feel personalized and comfortable. Truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Highly recommended!

“Roughing it” at the Rixos….FAB-U-LOUS

Pros: It was very clean and very spacious. Food and drink are 5 star quality and truly abundant. Staff are very polite and extremely helpful.

Cons: The location- traffic in and out of The Palm is very heavy and it takes some time to get to any other location in Dubai .

fantastic staff and in genral the hotel is worth the money, however it is starting to look tired

Pros: The staff and the food in the restaurants were fantastic. The pool bar staff were great. The service at the sun bed was attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The free tickets to Atllantis water park is a nice touch. The Guest services were great

Cons: The wifi was slow. The AC wasnt working in the room or the lift in our building, in 45 degree heat this was uncomfortable. The breakfast drinks service was slow, sometimes our drinks would arrive after we had finished eating and often the drinks would be wrong or they forgot one. Our two bed suite is in need of refurb it was tired looking - nothing like the rooms in the pictures

A brilliant 5 star staycation that we will never forget!

Pros: We thought the staff were amazing. They couldn’t do enough to help every request. The quality of food was definitely 5 star! The location, the atmosphere- great to unwind and to have some fun too.

Cons: Nothing really. Enough though it was about 45 degrees outside, staff did everything they could to provide a 5 star experience.
