Pros: Really amazing hotel with so great service, perfect location, tasty breakfast, and beautiful territory. We liked it a lot! We traveled with a baby, and a baby cot was provided. There are so many restaurants within the hotel, beautiful beach, and promenade. The team has arranged a birthday surprise to my husband! Thank you, guys!!!

Perfect location, great facilities - only let down by poor service on the beach

Pros: Perfect location, great facilities, decent room size. They managed to arrange our room earlier as we had an early flight even though the hotel was very busy. Great reception and concierge staff. Breakfast was also good.

Cons: Service at the beach club was really poor, every day we had to wait so long to get any kind of service and once ordered we sometimes waited for up to an hour for the drinks to arrive. Very disappointing by Dubai standards. They just didn't have enough staff or strong management.

Beautiful place. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy it fully!

Pros: Great location and fantastic place for family with kids.

Cons: I was busy with my son when we checked-in and my husband didn’t ask questions about the services and amenities. They were not explained to him so I felt, along the journey, that we missed some opportunities because we were just not aware of them (turnover service, kids club, gym program/ calendar, etc.)

Pros: The room was perfect and offered a beautiful sea view. The breakfast was lovely and well presented, and the lounge area was very relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were excellent, and the area itself felt luxurious and comfortable. We truly had no complaints and enjoyed our stay very much.

Good location and very friendly staff

Pros: Staff was very friendly and always helpful, good buffet breakfast and big, comfortable rooms. Our room was a bit dated, this was the only issue. Food service was great!

Cons: Dated room, should be upgrated.

A perfect place if you are looking for relaxation and culture.

Pros: We had stayed here before, and we really liked how much it had changed over the past four years. It has been renovated, and the spa area in particular has become very atmospheric and harmonious. It was wonderful to rest and relax there after an excellent massage. The restaurant area is also much larger than it used to be, and the selection exceeded all expectations.

Cons: I can hardly mention anything negative; perhaps just one thing. There was a member of the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms who seemed very pushy. On several occasions they returned to our room unnecessarily and without being asked, and once they even entered while I was standing in the doorway and my husband was in the shower. This was not pleasant.

Great location and staff

Pros: Very well located hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Everyone went above and beyond to help us during our stay and were very good with our children.

Cons: Some of the room decor was a little tired but still a very luxurious place to be.
