Pros: Location The staff were very friendly Price was very good

Cons: The breakfast was from 7-11am. But at 11.01 am they started clearing it away.

Pros: Excellent service. All employees arwe very friendly and always willing to help. They made our stay exceptionally memorable by surprising us with anniversary greetings on our bed with a cake. We are so touched and we felt the warm welcome. Overall we had a wonderful and comfortable staycation.

Pros: Perfect place to relax in Dubai, delicious breakfast, nice pool area, the beach is amazing (just 2 mins walk away). Hotel restaurants were good as well. There was free shuttle to Mall of Emirates 4 times a day at the time we were there.

Cons: Not the hotel's fault, but if you wish to visit more of Dubai, prepare to commute a lot - only the drive through the palm from the beginning to the hotel is almost 20 minutes.

Clean and comfortable

Pros: Rooms are comfortable and food is good, a bit repetitive if you stay with half-board like we did. Thematic restaurants were completely empty and having dinner there was a bit depressing. Hotel was empty as it was summer and low season, if it was full I believe it would have been impossible to use the pool, chairs or even tables at the restaurant. Beach is close by and nice, we didn’t use it much because of the heat, the pool was preferable. Staff was overall nice and attentive. It’s not a bad hotel, it’s not a great one either. Also, note the hotel is located at the end of the palm, the drive is long to get there and to leave.

Cons: The cleaning lady moving around and touching all our products and tooth brushes without absolutely no need was completely unnecessary and irritating. Assuming that we wanted connecting rooms when we were travelling with kids 21 and 17 years old was also not appropriate. Having assured us that the two nights we didn’t use would be refunded and then not going through with what they said was not cool at all and probably the reason why I will avoid this hotel chain in the future.
