Holiday in paradise.

The hotel is lovely but as this was our 10th stay with the hotel , we noticed a lot of changes .

Pros: The breakfast was extremely nice but the waiting staff were very slow . Several times the wrong coffee was sent to our table .

Cons: I did find that the spa staff and the yacht hire staff were extremely pushy . Every day we were approached on our sun lounger and found these member of staff unable to take no for an answer . We were made to feel very guilty as they were commission based only .

Pros: We had a lovely time here. The hotel is perfect for couples , families etc. it has several top notch restaurants to choose from and lovely private area on the beach. The staff members are great and friendly especially Andani who made sure our experience was a great one all through our stay. We will definitely return again when we arrive back to Dubai.

Lagoon access room is amazing!

Pros: We stayed in a room with lagoon access which was amazing! The guy coming round the lagoon with the cocktail boat was such a nice touch. Everything was great, from the food at breakfast to the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff - cannot recommend this property enough!

Pros: Everything from the kindness of the resort to the restaurants, pools, Beachfront, water sports club. Super view to atlantis, Mickael jackson properties and David beckam....can t recommend more. They have vallet parking and buggies for the luggage. What a big pleasure. Thanks a lot and hope to see u very soon
