Royal Central Hotel and Resort The Palm

Pros: The professionalism and helpfullness from the staff at the property was amazing. Made us feel really comfortable. The property was amazing as well. All departments gave their best and had a memorable and amazing stay.

Cons: Nothing really....

An Unforgettable Family Stay

Pros: We truly loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful — honestly the friendliest we’ve ever encountered in all our travels — and extremely family-friendly. They were so sweet and attentive with our 7-month-old baby, which meant a lot to us. The food was fantastic, with an impressive variety and generous selection. We already miss it… especially the mango ice cream, which was outstanding! There’s absolutely nothing we would improve — everything was perfect.

Great stay would definetley stay again and recommend to others.

Pros: Great location, excellent friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Took a while to get served in the grill restaurant but was rectified later.

Fabulous stay

Pros: The hotel room was absolutely beautiful—bright and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfy with soft pillows and fresh, crisp sheets. The view from the window was amazing. Everything was spotless and well looked after. The staff were genuinely lovely—friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything, which made the stay even better.

Cons: The construction work affected the view but can not be helped in any way by the hotel.

A very pleasant stay

Pros: This is the second time we stayed in this hotel, and it was again a very lovely stay. The breakfast at seaside is our perfect time. The staff was all very kind and helpfull. And our overall experience was very nice.

Cons: The maintenance and cleaning of the restaurant is made early in the morning or at night (very understandable). But our rooms were at the first floor right above the restaurant and we had a bit of noise problem. Not sure how this can be solved.

Great view and amazing place.

Pros: Great friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was a blast. Chef was great and had a cheer up with him Special thanks to Usman from reception who was great and offered an upgrade. The view was nice. Very good services l, cleaning and facilities. Pool was great and lots of sun loungers both for pool and beach. Totally worth it. Will gladly return.

Cons: Would want some more Photos on the booking website so to know that it has an Egyptian mood.

Exceptional service in a lovely hotel

Pros: Cleanliness and service, range and quality of food at both breakfast and dinner, equipment and friendly staff. Private beach and pool

Utmost classy stay

Pros: Staff was exceptional in taking care of your utmost needs. I highly recommend one to go and stay at Royal central. I will surely return.

Cons: Location was good. Provide transport to mall of the emirates which saves you a couple of bucks on your overall stay as spend close to $25 daily. Rooms were the best.
