Pros: Location of the hotel was excellent as well as the quality you get for the price. Beach is very nice as well as the other hotel facilities. Would recommend it def.

Pros: At the end of the palm is more secluded, so it’s quieter, as Dubai can be a busy place, making the location truly relaxing. Adults only areas were good and policed. Room was spacious, comfy, clean, with good amenities The shuttle to the Mall is useful as it is a long way, with three trips a day with efficient dropping off and picking up

Cons: The constant jazz music, it got a bit much after a few days. Would be nice to hear perhaps some more local or cultural music as I felt as with the decor and music, I could have been in any Waldorf. The à la carte restaurants need to be better, I would say the buffet was the tastiest and best value for money out of them all. We tried them all but also went out of the hotel for meals.

Pros: Great location , amazing facilities , well maintained rooms , the in house restaurants are all amazing

Cons: The overall experience did not feel very personalised or 5 star or special , rather very standardized .

Pros: staff throughout resort were great - attentive, friendly and caring. Visited the spa which was lovely - had great treatments. good restaurant options and quality food at sensible prices

Pros: Amazing attentive staff in restaurant, on the beach, everywhere. Comfortable rooms, high quality cuisine. Glutenfree friendly. Nice pools, et.c

Cons: Noise - from the construction on the next property, from the renovation of pavement inside hotel garden, from noisy Indian weddings.

A Hotel to remember

Pros: I love the way the staff were very attentive and how nothing was too much trouble for them.the breakfast buffet had great choices especially with my son being food sensitive

Cons: There was nothing I didn't like

Pros: Very well designed, properly insulated and large room. Good lay out, spacious and attractive hotel. Quiet location. Slept very well - no noise from other floors or rooms. Excellent service from all staff.

Cons: Only one minor criticism: the breakfast buffet could be improved. Perhaps concentrate on quality rather than quantity?

Pros: The facilities were amazing! Separate steam room/sauna & jacuzzi for men & women. Pools & beach were good too. Beds were comfortable & housekeeping staff did a good job. Breakfast & lunch/dinner in buffet restaurant Mezzerie was some of the best variety & quality. Shoaib at breakfast was very accomadatiing. And shuttle bus to Dubai mall & mall of the emirates was a plus point. Thankyou to the entire team… we will be back again!

Pros: The whole experience was great. The food was delicious and there was a lot of choice. The room was spacious and very clean.
