Pros: The staff was really polite and helpful! The location was one of the best of Dubai as you are 20 minutes from all the sites. Rooms where very comfortable and the breakfast was over the top

A most pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Pros: Lovely clean hotel in a very nice safe location. Everything very straightforward and staff were extremely nice across the board. Helena was particularly sweet, organising a little cake and balloons for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Beds are very comfortable. The executive lounge was well worth it…lovely room and views, very nice staff, and very relaxed atmosphere. Private beach area very well set up with beds and shade.

Cons: We were half board. The buffet was fine, absolutely nothing wrong with it, but we’ve had better at 4 star hotels. I’m gluten free and the options weren’t great - no pastries at all, just bread - and I had to ask for bread (except at buffet breakfast where there was a limited gluten free station), deserts etc each day. The staff always brought them but I would have much preferred not having to ask each time as I felt I was just giving them another job to do. Also, as many have commented, water was very expensive to buy at dinner buffet. However, it was great being able to eat at the other restaurants with HB credit. Teen kids loved Jones the Grocer burgers.

Pros: Great hotel, will definitely come back! Especially liked the breakfast, lots of choices, including local specialties. Fresh juices, various exotic fruit. Staff is very friendly, on all levels. Location is excellent, I would say the best in Dubai. Cute promenade right in front of hotel for a late evening stroll alongside the sea and a jogging road with nice shadow very close by (just to cross the highway). Places to eat out, supermarkets are within reach. A mall with the option to get on top and see Palm Jumeira is 15 minutes away by foot.

Cons: Right in front of hotel there is a huge construction and it is somewhat killing the atmosphere on the beach. Not the hotel's fault of course, just stating this so that guests do not expect serenity and quiet relaxing vibe on the beach. I also did not like that they are charging the deposit. Surely it's possible just to block the amount instead of charging it? My bank is charging some additional fees, so I wanted to leave the deposit in cash, but they do not accept EUR.

Amazing Hotel in an fabulous setting on the palm

Pros: The hotel staff can not do enough for you and it is spotlessly clean everywhere and even the lifts smell amazing like they are pumping scent into them. The breakfast is phenomenal so much choice and all really fresh. Can not recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be back.

Cons: We reserved by booking and they didn’t give us what we asked, a sea view roombut we saw that many rooms were empty.. that means that is better to reserve directly..!

Pros: We had an excellent stay at Hilton the Palm Jumeirah. The entire staff, especially Mr. Abdullah,Miss Allan were very kind and attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel was perfect,the facilities were outstanding. If I visit Dubai again,I will definetely stay at Hilton again.

It was great, i will return

Pros: I'd like to say special thanks to our housekeepers - Phyu Nwe Tun and Joan - who serviced room 324 during my stay. I worked a lot from the room and had to interract with the ladies all the time. They were absolutely amazing!

Cons: The music in the bar on the second floor was very loud every day, the windows of my room faced that bar and it was almost impossible to relax in the evening hours. So if you are looking for a quiet place to restore your nerves this hotel (sea view) is not your place. Swimming pool was nice but i didn't like that it had a bar right in the middle of it where small kids were allowed.
