Pros: Great location. Staff were very helpful & pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit disappointing, which was a shame. Food not great quality & often they ran out of things. At peak times, there was a long wait for the lifts. We were on the 38th floor & in some cases it took 25 minutes to get a lift.

Fabulous stay - can't wait to return

Pros: I truly loved my stay at Tower Plaza Hotel , so much that I even wanted to extend it! Unfortunately I couldn’t, but I’ll definitely be back. I was kindly upgraded to a Premier room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room itself felt incredibly luxurious , spacious, very comfortable, beautifully maintained, and with a fantastic view. Everything exceeded my expectations. The reception team, housekeeping, and room service staff were genuinely warm and helpful, not just doing their jobs out of obligation. Their kindness really made the stay special.

Cons: There were a few areas that could improve. The restaurant felt quite small and consistently crowded — as a solo traveler, I sometimes had to wait around 10 minutes to find a table. The food was decent but not particularly memorable, and the restaurant staff seemed quite stressed and less welcoming compared to the rest of the hotel team. There was also an issue with the TV in my room. After reporting it, I had to call twice before someone came. The first visit didn’t resolve the issue, and when it was eventually adjusted, I was only shown the basic controls without guidance on the smart features. It felt slightly uncoordinated. Additionally, when I ordered food, I was asked to come down to the lobby to collect it. In other five-star hotels I’ve stayed at, food deliveries are typically brought up to the room as a courtesy. While this may be hotel policy, it felt slightly inconvenient and not fully aligned with the otherwise premium experience. Overall, despite a few service gaps, I had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Pros: Amazing vuews, great location, middle of the city. Helpful and welcoming staff - esp Ahmed at reception! Spacious room.

Cons: Working the lighting was an unsolved mystery... The base of the sofa in the room kept sliding off. Possibly a sofa bed that had not been correctly reassembled? Desk table had sharp carved metal legs, beautiful but dangerous - cut my foot Breakfast was not very good

Exceptional staff and location

Pros: The welcome was fantastic, a big thank you to Pretti for his thoughtful touches. And thank you to Aicha for her kindness upon our departure. The location is excellent, right next to the Emirates Towers metro station, and the pool has great sun exposure. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Pros: ROOMS ARE GOOD AND BEDS ARE COMFORTABLE . Location is perfect . but they should open the metro side doord for pedetrian entry
