Thans to reservations staff who dealed my issue i had so fast.

Pros: Favorite hotel, amazing staff. Will continue to come and stay here

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Wonderful and easy place to stay , make sure you use the pool !!

Pros: Excellent location, Pool was amazing and the view of Dubai

Cons: Considering the high rating of the hotel - very little extras in the hotle room 2 small bottle sof water for 4 of us ! The room swere good but are becoming outdated and tired

Pros: Breakfast plentiful, but poor service at re stocking plates, dishes, cups . Reception friendly as are all the staff

Cons: The lifts.. you wait for ever and the turn up full. Lack of clean cups, glasses, plates etc at breakfast. Staff at the buffet on M floor great. choice of food OK. You need to stop bad behaviour from some guests who are just plain rude. Also kids running around. it is a dining rood not a playground. Many of the Indian / similar region guests are so bad mannered but not the hotels fault

Pros: The apartment had a beautiful view and was very spacious, comfortable, and bright, which made the stay pleasant overall. We did not experience any issues with the elevator, and the windows were cleaned on the second day of our stay, which we appreciated.

Although the apartment was advertised as having a kitchen suitable for cooking, cupboards were empty and basic kitchen equipment was missing. Pros: Everithing clean, the people nice, breakfest excellent and wiew ingredible

Cons: Everything was fine

Pros: Location, hotel personal, facilities -top roof restaurant, room service restaurant

Cons: Some rooms does not have posibility to open windows, some rooms does not have perfect sonic isolation

Pros: The staff is very helpfull. The suite is comfortable

Cons: Not reach breakfast. Spent long time for elevator Electric sockets need upgrade and add 1-2 more

Pros: Very friendly personnel, they deserve congratulations for their professionalism very clean and well located in city center near metro station

Cons: Managers should do something about elevators. There are 4 of them but during busy time such as breakfast guests often had to wait for too long in order to find an empty or available cart to move from floor to floor.
