Very clean.

Pros: Very clean. Fast service. Friendly professional staff. Great housekeeping team. The location is perfect. Many inroom dining options.

Cons: The ac was humid due to having one air vent and constraiting on one side of the room, which made it a bit humid, although it was very cold on one side of the room. I think in winter it wouldn't be an issue. The lobby lounge service could've been better.

Great location if you are in business!

Pros: It was clean and accessible. All staff members were progressional and welcoming on all levels. The staff accommodated requests as best as they can to make the stay comfortable.

Pros: The staff is super polite and friendly, and the location for DIFC is excellent.

Cons: It doesn’t have the full Four Seasons feeling as it’s very small. But you can use the other Four Seasons facilities which make it much better
