Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

Pros: I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the wonderful hotel staff. Judy was excellent — she paid attention to details, remembered exactly how I preferred the blanket to be arranged, and placed it in the same way every time. She was always cheerful and pleasant. Ruwan was very polite and professional when he came to collect our luggage. He completed the procedures quickly and kindly reminded us to make sure we didn’t forget anything.

Cons: One area for improvement would be the waiting time for the elevator, as it often took longer than expected

Pros: Great difc.lpcation. loved the lounge and the evening feast, billed as just canapés but actuslly a full meal. Try the cinnamon cocktail but beware the chili vodka. Rooms too were very nice indeed, with great views and the spa is professional and high quality at a good price.

Pros: Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! A special thank you to the amazing manager Roaa, who made our son’s birthday unforgettable by arranging a room with the most beautiful view in the entire hotel. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture. The staff were attentive and professional, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the breakfasts were delicious and varied. We are sincerely grateful for the outstanding service!
