Pros: Amazing from start to finish very family friendly. Great breakfast very relaxing. Easy access into city on a night.

A wonderful family stay — comfortable, friendly service, and the Captain Suite was outstanding.

Pros: We stayed as a family with a young boy and genuinely enjoyed everything. The team were very welcoming and helpful, and when we requested the Captain Suite, they kindly arranged it for us — it was amazing and made our stay extra special. The room was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a family.

Cons: Honestly, nothing to complain about — everything was great.

It was great.

Pros: The Location was perfect for me as I working at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The room was very comfortable and the view was great. The Harvester Pub the food was great I'd recommend the burger. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Pros: The location is perfect and all staff were helpful

Cons: How long the lifts took. We were waiting 15 minutes for a lift with our luggage when departing. In the end, housekeeping put us in their staff lift as it was taking so long.

Lovely hotel with gorgeous view of Dubai's Museum of the Future.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location and easily accessible, and was wonderful seeing the iconic Museum of the Future just outside. The staff were friendly and the overall ambience of the hotel was lovely. In the room, the beds were comfortable and housekeeping staff were very nice. When ordering room service, the food came nicely presented and well-covered.

Cons: I could hear what was going on in the adjacent rooms quite clearly and sometimes there were not enough catering staff which meant a bit of a wait when ordering food.
