Best Dubai Vacations

Pros: We were a guest at Waldorf DIFC from 15/jan-19/jan, our 4th time in Dubai. And it was the best experience we´ve ever had despite already been at tier 1 hotels in previous occasions. The accomodations were great, as expected from this level of hotel. But what really exceeded the experience turning into something special was the service provided by the staff. The kindness, the attention to little details and the support were something else. And we are far from being a VIP guest, we are just a regular brazilian family, so all I can say is that we were delighted to being a guest there and meet such wonderful professionals. From the Concierge, Restaurant, FrontDesk to the Valet, I which I could menton all the great people that served us, but I managed to write down some names, and I apologize if someone is missing from the list: Concierge: Matina, Rachel Front Desk Team Restaurant: Steve, Grece, Saif, Gabi Support Valet-Guest: Josi, Martin Valet: Karan, Sohair, Ajaib

Great experience

Pros: I had an amazing time in Waldorf, receptionists were really helpful and friendly! Room is clean, food is tasty! Great location, close to Dubai mall and many nice restaurants. I’ll definitely go back to Waldorf again when I visit Dubai next time.

Pros: Seyam the reception manager is very professional and friendly. he accommodates us in a good manner and provide with a quick service. Our room is so clean and wanted to extend our stay. It’s one of the best in Dubai hotels!

Pros: Everything was lovely. Some staff were exceptional others were timid and lacked confidence. Breakfast was overcrowded and hectic at peak times. Ahmed stood at as someone special and knew what he was doing to make guests feel comfortable. The spa was exceptional - shout out for Anna. Concierge was mediocre often either no one there or a long que.

A luxurious and impeccable hotel with highly professional, friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: The room was impeccable, very comfortable, well designed and very well serviced. The staff, concierge and everyone I met went over and above to help. In particular, Patricia from concierge and Felix, restaurant manager of Bull & Bear were extremely generous with their time and advice on local area questions. The spa was very relaxing and I recommend the flotation tank to rejuvenate.
