Great New Year's Eve stay

Pros: We stayed in the Executive Suite for New Year's Eve and the room was really comfy. Really well located for DIFC and Downtown which was the intention to avoid having to navigate NYE traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in and our room was ready early.

Cons: Nothing - enjoyed it all.

Great location with amazing Hotel restaurants.

Pros: We had a verybpleasant stay and would stay again. The location was the best part being able to walk into the heart of difc from the hotel and having every well know restaurant so nearby. Its close to dubai mall and easy access to other areas. The restaurants in the hotel itself were amazing with great food special mention to “Cake” great for breakfast or an inpromtu meal.. and “Gloria Osteria” lovely italian restaurant with a great vibe. Cafe Belge was fun and happening. I would recommend the breakfast buffet at Cara it had a good variety. The room was comfortable and we had a lovely view of the Museum of the Future Housekeeping was very good and efficient and made our stay pleasant

Cons: Checkout needs to be more streamlined it took time there was confusion. maybe have a dedicated person to checkout guests especially at the time when more are expected to checkout. There were only 2 persons at the counter. Should have been more. The recpetion staff started checking in a new guest who came after me before i was checked out and my issue remained unresolved and i was getting late for the airport because they got busy with new guests. Thats not acceptable.

Special thanks to Hussain at the reception—he is highly professional, always helpful, and assists guests with a warm smile. I would highly recommend this hotel because excellent customer service and comfortable accommodation. Very well done. 👍

Pros: Breakfast in room was very delicious. The food in ground floor restaurant and coffee shop is delicious. Proximity to DIFC restaurants and mall is convenient.

Cons: Found some dirt on living room carpet and informed the front desk about it. Breakfast arrived one hour late even though it was only 2 eggs and coffee that's it.
