Pros: Very clean, very polite staff, all amenities availavle, great location

Cons: The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, too much traffic on the elevators - sometimes had to wait 5-10 mins to get an elevator that wasn't full

Pros: Rooms were clean & comfortable. Hotel is very close to metro red line Dubai mall /Burj Khalifa only one stop away. Dubai traffic is crazy & It was very convenient to go to dubai & emirates mall through metro.

Cons: It would be even better if bathroom tub is bit more clean. Hotel luggage weighing machine was out of order that was a little inconvenient because I wanted to weigh my luggage & buy extra luggage accordingly before going to the airport,

Excellent location, great staff, great cleaning and renewed furniture and rooms.

Pros: Location, Staff at entrance and reception, cleaning, specially the guy in our floor 6 Sula (sorry if I don't remember correctly), staff at swimming pool, breakfast, quality and variety of products, oveall all was excellent ❤️

Cons: In general all was excellent just for future: They deducted amount of bookings ,which they should pay back, but informed that will be reimbursed only after 14 days… Would be better to warm a bit swimming pool.

Pros: Absolutely flawless room! Clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable.

Cons: I noticed that the breakfast at level 2 service is currently struggling to keep up with guest volume. To improve the experience, I recommend increasing the floor staff count during peak hours. Additionally, a dedicated staff member should be assigned to monitor food levels to ensure stations are topped up before they run completely empty.\
