wonderful place in Dubai

Pros: The hotel is exceptional. Very clean and fragrant. Breakfast has a wide selection of dishes. Good location and a beautiful view from the room. We felt taken care of, the staff was nice and caring, they opened the door and were friendly.

Cons: hotel more for a business trip than for a family with children. no transport to the beach

We had a fantastic and pleasant experience at the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Dubai.

Pros: The staff were great and the facilities met our expectations. I would recommend this hotel and go back again.

Cons: Our request to have connecting rooms was initially not fulfilled. The only connecting rooms available at check-in were a downgrade from what we booked. The hotel went out of their way to compensate us for any inconveniences caused. Aside from that we had a fantastic stay.

Pros: Location was great. Room was very comfortable and clean with amazing views. Staff was also extremely polite and helpful.

Cons: Breakfast and common areas were at times busy.

Very good hotel and would recommend

Pros: the staff at the hotel were fantastic especially Tony on the concierge who gave us a lot of advice. The room was spacious and very clean breakfast was really good with plenty of selection. I would recommend lounge access as the food was amazing

Cons: the french restaurant was closed and the Japanese restaurant was closing. however we did find plenty of restaurants a 20 min walk away

Pros: Good ! Just they charge us for our morning arrival, for the price We PAiD they should not have charge for 4 or 5 hours priori the check in !! It's insane Because We PAiD already high price all the stay. Restaurant is expensive of course.. The hôtel is pretty good

Cons: Early check in charged. We PAiD already high season price.. It's a shame for this kind of hôtel.. Reception is too busy everytime.

A wonderful property, highly recommended

Pros: The property is really well placed centrally. The staff were extremely helpful in all interactions. When one of us fell sick they were very accommodating and helped with a doctor as well as extension to our checkout time. Breakfast was great though repetitive for us as we stayed 6 nights

Cons: The only negative was that the bed was too soft for us.
