Very good service, very good location

Pros: The service is very very good. The room is big and clean. The bed confortable Heated Swiming pool in the rooftop

Cons: The room is too cold. Despite we were switching off the AC, the room was remaining too cold. You cannot carry out the towels of the swimming pool, so you have to go completely wet and cold from the pool to the room.

It was good for the duration I stayed in Dubai which was only 2 nights.

Pros: I liked the breakfast at the hotel, it had quite a variety of dishes for all tastes and choices. The staff there were very helpful, and welcoming and quick to answer my needs. The cleaner of the rooms on my floor were very good, did a good job. Moreover, the night before I left I went into the cafe on the ground floor the guy there was really nice, and very helpful.

Cons: The street where the hotel is located was not what I expected, it was good for taking a stroll in tghe evening, very busy and crowded .

Perfect location for metro

Pros: We loved the Starbucks cafe within the hotel. All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean. Rooftop bar/restaurant had a fantastic view.

Very relaxing and peaceful

Pros: The hotel location is very good. The spread of the breakfast is also good , a few more vegetarian dishes will be helpful. So also a little more variety in cheese. The menu of the Restaurant is also limited and few vegetarian addition and sandwiches will be quite good.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Pros: I had a really lovely stay here. Room was spacious & clean. Storage space was great. Rooms were cleaned daily to an impeccable standard. All staff were were extremely efficient, polite & friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Great location to explore Dubai & 1-2 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. I would definitely recommend staying here & would stay here again
