Really enjoying my stay.

Pros: Room is large and has plenty of room - I have a view of the Burg Khalifa, there are plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash plus the extras in the bathroom that you sometimes forget. The pool is medium sized and has a bar at the side of it with bar stools in the water. I didn't choose to have breakfast so can not comment on it. I have had lunch near the pool. The Casear Salad was excellent. Dinner was taken on the first floor in the Chinese restaurant, again superb food.

Cons: The road can be a bit noisy and at 4am there seemed to be some sort of Super Car race - it lasted seconds, but it woke me up. Not the hotels fault, but something to be aware of if you have a room with a City View.

Wonderful experience!

Pros: Staff gave us a complimentary room upgrade and allowwd an early check-in when we arrived around 8.30am after a 7.5hrs flight. Definitely appreciate the gesture! The stay was truly remarkable and comfortable, all the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Would stay with Shangri-La Dubai if we are holidaying in Dubai.

Cons: Nothing.

Luxury in the heart of Dubai with great views and close to Dubai Mall!

Pros: Staff were very friendly! Upgraded to a Horizon room so we could get early access which we needed after long flight but totally worth it! Breakfast was amazing and afternoon tea was lovely! Room was spacious and bed very comfortable! Room and roof bar had amazing views! Pool area was lovely!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The bed, the gym, the spa, it's near DIFC, personal is so nice. Really liked it. Except for this very good.

Pros: Our stay at Shangri-La Hotel Dubai was outstanding from start to finish. The hotel is immaculate — beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, always going out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. The level of service really stood out and made the stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is also fantastic — central, convenient, and perfect for exploring Dubai, with easy access to key attractions, dining, and transport. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting luxury, comfort, and exceptional service in a prime Dubai location. We’ll absolutely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and will definitely come back again and overall, it was a good experience.

Pros: The location was amazing. It was about a 20-minute drive from everything. The rooftop was hands down amazing, especially at sunset.

Cons: The rooftop is popular for engagements, so just be aware that you might not get access if someone is having a proposal which is completely understandable.

Pros: Shangri-La Dubai offers stunning views, especially from the rooftop bar overlooking the Burj Khalifa. Rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the location is ideal for exploring the city. The rooftop bar is a highlight — perfect for sunset drinks with an amazing skyline backdrop. A great stay in Dubai.
