Great Apartment Style Hotel Downtown Dubai

Pros: Modern, spacious room, comfortable bed, big windows. Great location - 2min walk to metro, 1 stop from Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall. Friendly staff. Good value for money - had a studio flat with living room and kitchen which I didn’t really use but great value.

Cons: Water pressure in shower was very low. Fine for one night but would’ve asked about it if longer stay.

Pros: I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, professional staff, and well-maintained facilities. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The facilities were clean, modern, and well organized, providing everything needed for both leisure and business travelers.

Cons: It is recommended to review and enhance the breakfast menu to provide greater variety. Furthermore, measures should be considered to improve the efficiency of the elevator system in order to minimize waiting times for guests.

Pros: The view from the room was awesome. Hotel location is just 50steps away from Metro.

Cons: Did not find anything which i can mention.

Pros: Beautiful warm welcome from all staff at the hotel! I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in Dubai and I have to say, I have never slept in a better bed. Rooms were silent and black out curtains actually blacked out :)

Cons: I cannot comment on breakfast as I was unable to attend.

Exceeding expectations

Pros: This was indeed value for money. We planned a two day stop over on our way to Toronto. I was just looking for a respectable place near a metro station so that I don't have to drive in Dubai rush or be at the mercy of Taxi drivers. This residence indeed surprised me, it's extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff is courteous and very responsive. To top it off the Breakfast was very wholesome and delicious with a very diverse pallet, the food that needed to be warm was warm and what needed to be cold was cold. Of course, its not a luxury hotel, it offers studio apartments in varied configuration fully fitted with washing machines, large size televisions in every room, coffee, tea accessories in the kitchen, pans and pots and utensils. You name it, it's all there. Ideal for business travelers on extended stays as well as brief stop overs. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this establishment.

Cons: A couple of quality restaurants in the vicinity.
