Pros: The hotel is located in a great location, next to the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station. It is very well connected with the rest of the town. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with every request. The rooms were kept very clean by the staff on a daily basis.

Pros: The staff is very polite and nice. The room was very large, it was more like an apartment than an hotel room with dining area. It is very close to MoE, only 5-6 min by walking, and to metro 10 min.

Pros: The staff is incredebly helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortbly. Breakfast was constantly replenished and their was plenty of variety. Close to The mall of the Emirates and 2 metrostations.

Cons: Shower is in the bathtub with a showercurtain. And only 2 bathtowels. Strange smell in the hotelhallway.

Pros: Everything! (Except the gym, spa, pool and breakfast, we didnt had time to explore the amenities and didnt get the package with breakfast) Room was huge! I brought my 1.5 year old toddler and it was the best decision made to book this hotel. After an overstimulating day (dubai is crowded not gonna lie), being back to the huge room was really nice, i appreciate the space! All of the staff were really nice and friendly! They made everything easy for us. Perfect hotel for families. Walking distance to Mall of Emirates metro and the mall itself, not too far! Has really nice food options nearby too. Super value for money, you will not regret it.

Pros: Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi fast enough. The breakfast was good and very diverse: a selection of both European and Eastern cuisine, the dishes changed from day to day. The hotel also has a very convenient location: it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the metro and bus stops. Air-conditioning worked well. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the beach, but it needs to be booked one day in advance.

Cons: The only downside was that the room had quite high humidity, and unfortunately the windows could not be opened, which made it difficult to air the room properly.
