Pros: This is a fantastic hotel; you're greeted like a valued guest right from the reception desk. Special thanks to OM PRAKASH and TANVEER, who answered all my questions. They're responsive, positive, and smart, and they're true professionals. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the room is quiet, just like I wanted. Conveniently located near the metro, you can get to anywhere in Dubai. There's an excellent restaurant with delicious food, a gym, and a swimming pool. I highly recommend it.

Great staff - a nice welcome to Dubai

Pros: very welcoming staff, and very clean reception and rooms. loved having the rooftop area and pool to relax. Close to the red line metro

Cons: The immediate area around the hotel is not of any interest, but you can easily get the metro to other areas of Dubai

Pros: Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the metro, which made getting around easy. The food was good . A special mention to the reception staff, Dimple and Radha were very helpful, polite, and welcoming. They also kindly arranged an extended checkout, which was much appreciated. Overall, a comfortable stay and good experience. Would recommend. 👍
