Pros: The rooms and public areas are very clean, the food is excellent, and the pool is wonderful. The staff is very courteous, which contributes greatly to the success of the vacation.

Cons: We had to request a bed for my son even though we booked a room for two adults and one child. There were only two towels in the bathroom, and we had to ask for an additional one.

Excellent venue and service

Pros: Very good breakfasts with a large selection of dishes. Long breakfast hours. Good location - very close to the underground station. Free shuttle to the beach and Mall of Emirates from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Spacious free underground car park and very friendly and helpful staff.

Comfy. Excellent service and great food

Pros: Beds were the most comfy I've ever slept it. Breakfast was superb. So many choices and great table service for drinks. Overall service was perfect - from check-in staff, to concierge etc. Will only stay at this hotel when return to Dubai.

A perfect stay with outstanding service, warm hospitality, and thoughtful surprises.

Pros: The service was exceptional. We had an early flight and the hotel kindly arranged a full breakfast for us at 5am, even though the normal breakfast time starts at 6:30am. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. The staff were very welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. My birthday was on 30 Jan and even though I reached the hotel on 31 Jan, they still did a cute birthday setup for me, which was a lovely surprise.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent and well managed.

Pros: It's an excellent hotel with very clean spacious rooms, very friendly staff, good facilities, and amazing breakfast. The nearby metro station is 5 mins walking and a perfect start for visiting the city. The hotel offers a regular free shuttle bus to two popular beaches in Dubai (which I used) and to the Mall of Emirates (which I didn't use). The staff at the front desk, concierge, breakfast, pool, etc. was extremely friendly and helpful, beyond my expectations. The metro lets you reach the most important Dubai attractions. All-in-all it deserves the five stars classification and it was an excellent experience.

Cons: The neighborhood is not exactly in line with the iconic Dubai vibe. The view from our windows is on another building. But we liked seeing some locals around, visiting a supermarket or enjoy a non-touristic restaurant.

Cons: That some guests put a towel on a bed at the swimming pool and disappeared for hours and be astonished and complained to the life guard hat their bed was occupied The life guards did a wonderful job taking away these towels Much appreciated for the life guards

Exceeds expectations - suggest to consider that hotel !

Pros: It's a new build hotel with all modern tools like central control panel for light/climate. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We got an upgrade to separate bedroom for very reasonable cost - it was very much appreciated since we stayed there with 2 kids. Food was gorgeous. We got halfboard and dinners were 5+. Every day - different food like asian, european, arabian etc.
