Pros: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Gem, Alma's, Sharon, Saya, Hamada, Hassan, Dinesha and all the pool staff were amazing! They were very hospitable to my daughter and friendly. Thank you to all.

Good hotel for location and value

Pros: The staff who helped at the entrance were nice, but the front desk not enough warmness from them. The bed was comfy and i loved the pillows! I got an upgrade to my room and am very thankful for that🙂 the location is very good and the swimming pool and roof top staff were amazing!

Cons: Some furniture were outdated and i did not find my room completaly clean. When i was leaving i got asked three times to leave a review on booking, it was a little to mutch.
