Pros: Spacious and clean room, very friendly staff, great amenities

Pros: we were scheduled to checkout on the 6th of January but due to unforeseen circumstances back at home we had to leave early on the 2nd of February. Dilesh, the manager on duty was really cooperative and helped us getting back our refund for the remaining nights during the checkout.

Pros: Amazing staff and very helpful. We had a special request and they did t to the maximum. Thank you very much

A great base to explore Dubai

Pros: Gym, pool, room size and cleanliness of the room. Location close to MoE and ease of getting transport to/from the hotel

Pros: I loved it ! It wasn’t too crowded the buffet spread had a lot of variety and tbh I loved that it’s a small hotel . The staff was always at it ! The service was absolutely fantastic!

Pros: Excellent location, right next to Mall of the Emirates Many restaurants and small eateries nearby (inside and outside the mall) – no need to book a meal plan Comfortable room Spotless cleanliness throughout the hotel Free shuttle service to Kite Beach Very friendly and welcoming staff across all departments Reception team was particularly kind and helpful Great value for money for the location I felt genuinely well taken care of during my stay I would definitely come back Special thanks to Wael for his attention and making me feel like a special guest, Christina at reception, Hanisha at the restaurant (always smiling), and Krishna. Honestly, all staff members exceeded expectations.

Cons: ompared to other 4-star hotels in Dubai, the food was not at the same level Breakfast was varied but average; the bread quality could be improved Dinner buffet was acceptable, but the food offering could definitely be enhanced

Pros: Great customer service, great location and clean rooms. Arun was very polite and professional at his job as much as were the other staff. Hotel offered free ride to the beach and a few other things that I would recommend if one has the time. The hotel was very accommodating where possible 😁

Pros: Everything about this hotel was perfect. The staff are amazing, right from June at reception to all the friendly cleaners. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Pros: breakfast was good other meal selection could be better location excellent staff very friendly the room was never made up before at least 4pm which wasnt good

Cons: room service even forgot towels one day and not made up until late one time i had to request it be made up

Cons: Room service food needs to improve, dinner buffet needs to be much better
