Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai

THE BEACH IS PRIVATE BUT IN ANOTHER HOTEL WHERE YOU'VE TO WALK ON THE STREET

Pros: Our room was spacious, clean, and had a view of Dubai and a partial ocean view. Although I have stayed in probably hundreds of hotels around the world, this was the first time I received a message from a hotel around 5 PM saying that the “Do Not Disturb” light was on and asking whether I wanted housekeeping service or not. Thanks to the staff for this thoughtful action.

Cons: The beach. The beach itself is actually very nice, but it was not as described. It is true that the beach is private; however, it does not belong to Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. You have to walk at least 250 meters along the street to reach the neighboring hotel, Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa, to use their beach. The problem is not only having to walk to a different hotel. The hosting hotel allocates a limited number of sunbeds to guests of Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai, so there is always a risk of not getting an entrance card for the beach. On our last day, we could get only 2 entrance cards for our group of 4 people. They should clearly mention the rules and conditions of using the beach when they advertise it as a “Private Beach.”

Good hotel in a nice location

Pros: Good sized rooms, and a nice gym and walking distance to some local restaurants and supermarket Staff were very friendly and helpful

Pros: Nice building, pleasant common areas, comfortable and spacious rooms. Reception staff very polite.

Cons: Restaurant in general needs to be improved. In service and in quality both for the Breakfast (not up to standard) as well as for the restaurant in general which is disappointing (food and service).

Incredible, book it!

Pros: Honestly? Best hotel we have ever stayed (we go away a lot) service phenomenal, food, people, small touches, fancy rooms, views. They upgraded us to high floor best room when I kindly asked to be higher up with a view of the city, the lady literally said pack your stuff I’ll put you in my favourite room and have it cleaned within the hour. I have no words. I’ll be back

Relaxing moment near the oceanfront

Pros: Good breakfast, nice spacious bedroom, luxurious elevated bathrooms - tub and standing shower....The staff were extremely freindly, warm and helpful....!

Cons: Only that no direct beach access.....

Absolutely perfect stay with stunning views, incredible breakfast, and warm service.

Pros: I was absolutely thrilled with my stay, even with my high expectations! The hotel is medium-sized, with spacious rooms offering stunning views not only of the sea but also of Downtown Dubai. I especially loved the brilliant buffet breakfast, where eggs and coffee are made to your exact preference. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and feels almost like family. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous with an amazing view. The private beach is lovely and just a short 3-minute walk away. The only minor downside is that the pool faces north, so in early December it was mostly in the shade. Without a doubt, this hotel will be my first choice on my next trip to Dubai

Amazing place to stay in Dubai

Pros: Everything - the breakfast, the facilities, the room and the staff were perfect. Really enjoyed every minute there.

Nice, friendly, relaxing

Pros: Very friendly and heartwarming staff, quiet and relaxing atmosphere

Pros: Good clean hotel with good facilities. Rooms are big and comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast time got busy and lack of space at peak times. Staff were the most attentive at breakfast as a solo traveller, concentrated more on large groups/families. Pool and sunbathing area was small.

Very enjoyable, staff was attentive but not in your face, location excellent quiet and peaceful.

Pros: Breakfast need to include bean, vegetarian bacon/sausages options.

Cons: Bean included in the breakfast menu
