Signature Hotel Al Barsha

Pros: I booked Signature hotel (Al- Barsha ) through booking.com. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff here is so much co operative. Some of my things were left in taxi. Mr. Obaid at the reception started the process for finding them without even me asking for it. Similarly all the other staff co operatived with us in solving this issue. Mr. Serajul, Mr. PRAMOD Mr Sarthak , Mr Manish at the reception didn't refuse anything. They were always helpful. Mr.Haja and Mr. Susheil provided with their services. We also got some food recommendations. The hotel is overall super clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Our stay became pleasant due to everyone . Whenever we needed anything the staff provided it to us. The view of the hotel is also very beautiful. The hotel is worth the price. Mr Darrin and Mr. Saleem who are the incharge also cooperated with us and they also maintained the hotel well.

Cons: There wasn't anything which we didn't like.

Good staff, good beds, clean and brilliant location.

Pros: Polite, helpful and welcoming staff particularly Nabi who welcomed us on our arrival and Susheel who was cleaning our room etc. our hotel was clean, location is close to a lot of food places, bus stops and two metro stations, walking distance. Al barsha is in the middle so easy to go around.

Cons: Music some nights could be heard T night. For some people it may be big issue.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially at the reception. The location is excellent, close to Mall of the Emirates, shopping areas, and many restaurants. I would happily return here again.

Pros: Nabi, Salim and Christian were very kind and helpful. Very clean and spacious room. They provide our vegetarian delicious breakfast options on request which makes our stay even more pleasant.

Cons: Right from check in till all the way checkout. Very humble staff

Cons: Communication before arrival. We needed assistance with details of the closest Metro Station but we did not get them in time. We ended up delaying a bit.

Pros: At first, I was really concerned about the room type I had booked. However, the front desk staff provided a very satisfactory solution. On top of that, the room was actually more spacious than I had expected and offered an amazing view of the Burj Al Arab—a fantastic bonus. The service was excellent—everyone, from the attendants to the front desk, was very warm and helpful. When I had trouble with my ride-hailing app, they even proactively offered to help me book a taxi. Thank you for such a great stay!

Cons: The stay was pleasant thanks to the great service. On the room itself, the furnishings felt slightly dated. Also, the lack of a specific light at the dressing table made it a bit inconvenient to use in the evening.

Pros: Mr Daren was so kind to welcome the team and the entire staff were polight. The rooms were clear and ready for the stay. Salome and Nagendra were very great to serve us to the best accommodation. I suggest to you to stay in the hotel. Wonderful management by Daren

Nice hotel with nice parfumerie in hall❤️

Pros: I’m very happy that I booked that hotel, because all for me was perfect starting from check in were I met nice professional Supetviser Naabi who Tolkyn care about me as a Got father ) Who spent time with me to help me by maximum and offered me the best room in the hotel! Also all staff were professional and kind, hotel was clean and has nice location between Emirates mall and metro.

Pros: I want tell thanks for this guy in night shift duty in reception he is is wonderful and help me too much I have misunderstanding and he try to help me and fix to me the situation what happened for booking. I appreciate what he help to me . He is professional and have very good experience in hospitality. Im not take more I booking or any extra but his way very good . I'm executive chef in 5 star hotel I hope we have a good time like him in our hotel. I'm not know his name as will but I know he will receive my positive comments for him thanks hotel manager to choose your team 💪
