Wonderful stay!

Pros: The hotel is very nice and connected to the Mall of the Emirates. We had access to the Executive lounge and the staff there made us feel very welcomed. Liam and Hatam, in particular, were very attentive and helpful. My five year old had food allergies and the hotel staff (including room service) catered to it well. Thank you!

Cons: All good overall. Probably need more staff at reception.

Pros: Everything was excellent, the hotel is very clean and beautiful, with large and comfortable rooms. The beds are pleasantly soft, and the hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is tasty and varied. The pools are clean and the sun loungers are extremely comfortable.

Cons: The only downside is that the sun reaches the pool area only around 12:30 in the afternoon, but it is still lovely to enjoy the morning by the pools even before the sun arrives.

Generally a great hotel connected to the Mall of Emirates

Pros: The hotel is well located in the Al-barsha area of Dubai, it is also directly connected to the Mall of Emirates making it very easy to have access to all the Mall's facilities. What I liked the most about the hotel was their super A-Class gym. It was equipped with modern machines, super clean, and other amenities like sauna, cold plunge, etc. The aesthetics of the gym were also cool and calm. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive as well. The overall stay was comfortable.

Cons: Whilst everything was generally ok, I did think the size of the room was slightly smaller than expected for what we paid. We booked a twin room and both my sister and I thought it was somewhat smaller than what we expected. I'm generally a tall person, and felt the twin bed was slightly small. Overall it was a good stay.

First class. we would return again in a heartbeat.

Pros: Our recent stay at this hotel was fantastic. The staff we had direct contact with were polite, kind and attentive. Our deluxe executive room was very comfortable and included a separate bedroom with a very large ensuite and a sitting area with sofas, dining table and a small sink. Given the access to the executive lounge where breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening drinks were excellent the room facilities were hardly used other than the coffee machine. Overall we really enjoyed the 11 days spent at this hotel.

Cons: There was some refurbishment work going on in the Mall of the Emirates close to the hotel during the day. We could not hear this from our room but it could be quite noisy in the hotel foyer.

Absolutely amazing!

Pros: Absolutely amazing! Each and every member of staff are incredible! Right from being greeted at the entrance, to the reception to the breakfast team and the executive lounge team. Three best days in Dubai and we were so sad to leave! Really amazing in all aspects. When in Dubai, definitely try it out. You won’t be disappointed
