Pros: I loved the location of the hotel and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The metro and mall is right next to the hotel and u also have a lot of restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the hotel including convenient stores and pharmacies. I would like to specially mention the service was outstanding, the night shift bell boys, Umer and Mahmood were incredible and extremely helpful during my stay. They are always smiling and gave me a homely feeling and made sure that all needs were met. They were always attentive and opened the door at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay especially Umer! Make sure to stay here in dubai for a wonderful experience.
