Pros: Location is excellent as our stay was mainly to visit Ski Dubai. Room was spacious and clean with nice classic and luxurious interior

Cons: Room wasn't stocked with tissues and toiletries upon check in, we called the desk multiple times to request certain items, they were nice and polite, but we never got the items. I guess they were juat so busy! There was a confusion about breakfast timing, the buffet timing written on the room card were dated so we missed the breakfast. It wasn't very big deal as we're staying in Mall of Emirates and there are ample options. However, with a large group with little kids, it's not that convenient.

Nice place but not so tourist friendly

Pros: Immaculate and customer facing staff were excellent

Cons: Pool area is in shade until 11 noon earliest so no sunbathing in the morning.

Great location, great service - a luxurious stay. Can highly recommend

Pros: Staff were so attentive and the service could not be faulted. Despite then hotel pool being shut we were offered a fabulous alternative to visit their other hotel on the Palm with all transfers organised very efficiently

Staycation was amazing!

Pros: I like the size of the room. The offer was worth it.

Cons: The smell in our room was musty and smelled like an old house. The Nespresso Machine was working - but you need to push the water container for the hot water to come out. I would suggest having a separate kettle (I should have asked but it's not a big deal). For the Executive lounge, it would be great if there were more options for alcoholic drinks, we were just offered red, white, and sparkling wine.

Amazing service, great for a shopping trip or a family getaway

Pros: The service is amazing, they allowed us a very early check in and standard checkout was at 12pm. The facilities are beautiful and the location is great to get to all parts of Dubai (nice and central). I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again!

Cons: Nil - love it
