Very pleasant, friendly staff, great breakfast - Indian style!

Pros: Friendly staff, very nice room, great breakfast buffet (Indian style). Overall, we had a great experience that exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to book excursions and get help from the reception, a big plus!

Cons: The location requires taking an Uber, taxi, or bus to most sites. This is easy and relatively cheap, though, so it's not a big downside.

Pros: Great location. Great price. Good facilities. Close to supermarkets and restaurants, bring walking distance. Was able to see Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame fireworks.

Pros: Danuka was very kind and made my first impression of the hotel great. Room was great and breakfast was ok.

Cons: Location not great, you have to use taxi wherever you have to go (to get to the airport and to get to the city centre). However, staff was kind and helped us with arranging our rides.

Our stay was short and sweet.

Pros: I did not have to request anything as majority of our necessities were provided. The staff the night before upgraded our room when he found out it was our honeymoon and that we keep booking this hotel for our stay in Dubai, which made us feel special as a customer. 10/10

Cons: We requested for a late check out and one of the staff kept calling us before 2 pm that we need to vacate the room. we explained that the night before someone already approved our late check out time.
