Hilton Garden inn Dubai Jumeirah

We were treated very well by staff

Pros: Staff were amazing, pulled out all the stops for us, very kind and welcoming - really lovely, personal service.

Cons: Location was not as good as it could have been

Currently, there is a lot of civil work going on near the hotel location. Also, as per Hilton standards, breakfast is no

Pros: The staff is extremely helpful, cooperative, and provides great support throughout.

Cons: After using the washroom, you must lower the toilet seat every time because the flush gets hidden by the toilet seat.

Good position and very nice staff!

Pros: The service personal at the reception, restaurant and the cleaning staff are very kind and serving.

Will definitely return

Pros: Extended our stay as it was so good here, comfortable and relaxing with ease of access to most places

A very comfortable enjoyable experience with wonderful staff and a great location for ease to most, down town, old town

Pros: Nothing was ever to much hassle, the staff were brilliant especially the wonderful hospitality team particularly Myo was amazing. Our room was cleaned every day by the excellent Faroo, again he looked after us so well, he was a ray of sunshine and always smiling. The swimming pool life guard/pool team were so attentive, they helped us reposition our beds and brollies whenever needed, the pool was so clean, beautifully refreshing, the pool towels, sun-beds were clean and very comfortable. We visited the bar for happy hour most evenings before dinner, which I have to admit was extremely enjoyable and tasty, such a vast range including wonderful vegetarian options too. The location for most of the sites was an easy taxi drive away and not expensive.

Cons: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Amazing, very cozy and comfortable

Pros: The quiet environment, not a crowded area. It's near a mall and a hypermarket that's affordable.

Cons: The beach timing being 10am-3pm considering it's summer it was not really accessible..

A comfortable friendly stay which made my holiday so special.

Pros: It’s a very friendly hotel. Lovely bedrooms. Facilities are great. Pool, gym, courtesy bus and the food is great.

Cons: Occasionally the room didn’t get cleaned so i had to inform house keeping and they came straight away. Not sure why it got missed?

Great for the price but area not amazing.

Pros: Very economical for the level of service and room provided.

Cons: Taxi needed to get anywhere.

Pros: Swimming pool on the top, nice staff in every department

Cons: All good

Pros: Room and bathroom were clean, comfortable and well equipped.
