Pros: Room size was great, location is perfect. Staff was courteous and helpful. Room service ansld Room cleaning was great. Overall a great stay!

Pros: The room is very nicely decorated and very comfortable for a good nights rest. The size is also extremely generous. Great breakfast buffet although it does get very busy.

Excellent hotel - good location, excellent room, great facilities and very pleasant staff.

Pros: The staff are super friendly and always helpful. The hotel is in a central location, and is very modern. The rooms are large, comfortable and are very well maintained. The fitness centre is well-equipped.

Perfect stay

Pros: Staff were very welcoming and so helpful. Room was ready on arrival, smooth check in. Room was big and spacious. We opted for breakfast- it had a variety of different things. Metro and a good few shops nearby. They made my birthday special with a little surprise treat which I appreciated! The shuttle service is a great option to get to the beach. Overall it was a very positive experience and would stay again!

Pros: The staff is really helpful and accommodating. Special mention to Rohit Naik, he was just wonderful. Also the overall staff was always there for any help we needed.

A pleasant stay

Pros: We stay here at least once every year for several days. This time we stayed five nights. The staff are excellent. The facilities are very good. I have a big SUV, and it was a bit challenging for me to park in the free basement parking. The Front Desk staff, Mr Gautom, kindly addressed this challenge by allowing me to park in front of the hotel's designated parking lots every day. This was a huge favour to us. The security officers, Mr Hasan and Ms Bhawbna, also helped me park the car. Thanks to them. The hotel is very clean. We will certainly return.

Cons: There was a minor issue that the hotel should address. The room service staff unexpectedly knocked on the door in the morning to know if we needed room cleaning. This is very awkward and unusual in any hotel. This is a disturbance of the guests' privacy. The issue can be handled by providing the rooms with a door-hanging card, such as \

Pros: Great hotel if you want to stay near the old town and explore the restaurants and culture in the area. The hotel staff were very accommodating and hospitable, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

Cons: Accessing JBR Beach and Dubai Mall really required us to catch a taxi/uber from our accomodation, because it took that little bit too long using the public transport system.
