Pros: Service in the city max is amazing with friendly staff..I met with a staff in the reception named SAUNGA who helped me a lot in my stay..I would recommend people to stay here as here connectivity is very fast

It’s a clean and comfortable hotel. I can recommend it.

Pros: The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff is supportive and friendly. Specially the reception and room service staff.

Cons: There are no bell boys at the hotel. So we had to carry all our luggage by ourselves. Also the breakfast was average and mainly Indian food was there. Even though we booked all 7 days on B&B basis, we had breakfast only on one day as the breakfast area was too crowded as well.

Pros: Location is perfect with all restaurants in walkable distance Tourist places are nearby And the metro stations & markets also with in easy reach

Cons: There should be a separate walk path for those who enter the hotel by walking as now we are walking in the carpath

Cons: There is no easy way to get the tax invoice. Made the payment at the counter. I was just directed to booking.com which doesnt have a direct call custumer service.

Pros: Good value for money, the room was nice, and the staff was very helpful, they handled our last minute changes very well.

Cons: Location is not the best. While its in the centre, it is inbetween two metro stations, so you have to walk a lot to reach them (15 to 20min)

Pros: Professional Staff, easy to talk to, especially the House keeping team, very attentive special mention to Showkarat and friendly approachable receptionist Mr. Tahidul, definitely we will visit and book again.

Cons: Maybe, somehow in a way didn't meet the expectation in breakfast choices, it will be good if they can just add the Egg section, plus adding some meat protein in the menu like turkey Bacon or chicken breast/fingers.
