amazing family hotel with supportive staff, everything was good as promised

Pros: The hotel staff was very helpful during the whole time, even before the arrival they were asking all out questions. Upon check-in they were upgraded our room to family room so our 6 year old daughter was extremely happy and it keeps us also at very comfortable level! Thanks for every support you have done

Cons: The transfer to the beach and dubai mall must be rescheduled since its not suitable for most travellers, also the beach must be chosen different one

Pros: The staff was very helpful, the breakfast and dinner had a great selection of food. Great family and budget friendly hotel.

My Grand Excelsior experience

Pros: It was a pleasant experience all the way. Staff member, Hanif, was particularly kind and attentive. I will definitely stay there again.

Cons: The TV could have been bigger for such a spacious and well detailed room.

A good stay in Dubai

Pros: Spacious rooms. Comfy bed. Wifi is strong because there’s a wireless router in each room. Cleaning staff do a good job.

Cons: It was cheaper to extend my stay via online booking than dealing direct with the hotel reception. Breakfast not included.

Pros: Very nice and cosy and the staff are very friendly and nice 🙂

Cons: There are a lot of bars in there, didn't really made any difference at all but I don't believe it's suitable for Arab families
