Pros: Within walking distance of community, restaurants & local shops , especially good for a cloths cleaned in local shop , etc PLUS exceptional buffet breakfast etc 5 star. . !!! We stayed in a back room with beautiful green outside view in front of us , watching sun RISE every morning , having our first coffee...!!! Any problem we may have :- they solved all so smoothly ... Perfect for Before & AFTER A CRUISE SHIP with excellent location for MSC ...!!!

Pros: We had a big, clean room with towels, safe and water. Breakfast war delicious with a great choice. Gym was small but okay for a decent workout. Nice pool but no shadow. Good wifi

Perfect place to stay when you visit Dubai

Pros: We will get back to you as soon as possible. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and daily cleaning service. The valet parking was great. All staff are helpful and polite. For breakfast, there is a lot of food from which you can choose. It was a great experience at this hotel and I recommend it.

Very pleasant stay with family. Whatever we wanted we got it in the hotel. Their service is fabulous

Pros: Everything. Location, breakfast food, cleanliness, environment, staff. It really worth the value for money. It is very nice environment. I would recommend others.

Cons: Late night club music which has spoilt our sleeping. I mean the Pub or the Disco they play very loud music till 3:30 am or till 4:30 am. I had literally call to reception to stop them. We has a guest should not have the uncomforting in sleeping in the night.

Pros: The facilities and comfort at the hotel were up to the mark. The staff were friendly, especially the Sri Lankan gentleman (unfortunately, we forgot his name) at the reception during the night shift—he was extremely helpful. Note: Water bottles were only provided to us when the Sri Lankan gentleman was at the reception. When someone else was on duty, our calls to the reception were completely ignored. Please take this into consideration.

Pros: Arrived early in morning but accommodated as soon a room got available. They were just please to help and a trend just noticed everywhere in that hotel…
