Pros: Very spacious and clean rooms!!! Breakfast was ok! Friendly and helpfull staff! Good location, only 15 minutes drive to downtown. We had a lovely stay!

Good alternative for Dubai during New Year’s holiday

Pros: Transfers to Dubai Mall, Burjuman Mall and Kite Beach Plenty activities for kids Restaurant and bar

Cons: The room does not look like in pictures, walls of room were quite dirty on corners or near to doors The door of the bathroom was very hard to close

Lovely stay with Amazing staff

Pros: The place was clean and appeared as in the pictures

Cons: Abit far but generally safe

Pros: All was good and in my opinion you can add two to three items more in the breakfast menu.

Cons: The amount for the complete duration of stay was collected prior allotment of the room. Which was very rigid. I had to specifically go to the exchange to get the Local currency which costed me extra amount with no firm reasons. I was with family and that caused little discomfort.

Comfy and everything taken care of

Pros: Very spacious, very good facilities, room service was amazing. Beds were comfy this time round!

Cons: The safety feature on the door could be open by kids and my son escaped from the room a few times. No way to prevent him escaping from the room as he has Autism.

Pros: There is nothing that I can fault about our stay at the Element hotel. The ambience, excellent customer service, sunroof the apartment and rooms.. cleanliness.. everything was top notch. Staff were all very helpful and always smiling g ready to help at any time with any issues. (Not that we had much) But all queries were I standby answered. Every lobby staff member and diner staff. (Particularly Naveesha and Puja)They were very helpful always asking if everything was okay with the food. Breakfast was such a treat. Many different kinds of varieties.. loved the Indian touch to it We took out three apartments and were upgraded to connecting rooms which was great. The pool was of a good size we spent our mornings there. Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. 5a gym was a bonus for my teenage son. Kept him busy.

Cons: I can't fault the hotel at all however the location wasn't all that great. There were a few places to eat within walking distance but to get to attractions or nice food places we had to get a taxi. No buses or metro close by. But we would come back here as our stay was exceptional. :)

Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had dietary requirements for breakfast and the staff ensured the requirements were met. We really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visit again soon.

Cons: The complimentary shuttle service is not wheelchair accessible even though we had asked in advance if it is accessible or not and were told it is. We were not able to use this service and spent a lot of money on taxis.
