Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah Residences

Excellent staffs and hospitable place

Pros: FOH staffs were amazing - Especially Karan, Debyanshi, Ritu, Aman Raj, Teresa, and Amjad were highly hospitable. Anil and Santosh in the pool area were extremely helpful. IIham and Ajar in the reception were very helpful. Manish in the security was very attentive. All the staffs in housekeeping on the 7th floor were amazing, happy and approachable at all times. Thank you everyone for making our stay great.

Cons: Well, we reached hotel in the early morning around 3 am as our travel plan didn't go as planned and had to check in early which was requested to the hotel. However, they charged us lot more than what was advertised for a night on Booking.com. I raised it with reception but it was not taken into account appropriately and which we felt could have been dealt with more appropriately by the management.

Overall nearly very good!

Pros: Super nice room - space and all you need - very clean - friendly staff

Cons: Rainwater shower is now standard (was not there) - staff missed twice to give me the wake-up call

Pros: Apartments are very cosy, noise was not present as some said

Fabulous and best hotel to stay

Pros: The staff at reception was so kind. The breakfast staff especially Lubashni and Amjad look after us well. The whole experience was fantastic and staff are the highlight.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Lovely experience

Pros: The location was great Breakfast was top notch with so many different dishes to choose from Bigger rooms neat and tidy always. The atmosphere was just electric always buzzing. Wonderful experience

Cons: Could do with more water next time Since we were a family we needed more bottle water. But all in all they did their best for us.

Superb!

Pros: 1) Clean, tidy and great location! 2) Staff was very nice. 3) Peaceful stay

Cons: 1) There is no metro station nearby. 2) Apartment access bit inconvenient. You have to go to level 1 and take another lift at the backside. 3) Bathrooms bit contested 4) Internet speed was not good.

Good place to stay

Pros: Very nice hotel. Very nice people. Breakfast had good variety. Common areas are confortable. Staff is nice

Amazing Apartment

Pros: The apartment was amazing. We had 2 rooms with a large separate living area and separate kitchen. The unit was quite huge and the location was quite close to all places.

The hotel was great, but the noise from the club next door made it hard to relax at night

Pros: The staff were excellent – all very polite and helpful. The room and all areas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast offered plenty of options. The room was very spacious, just like in the photos.

Cons: The room was located right above the Luna club, and at night the music and the noise from the guests made it quite loud. If it weren’t for the club, the hotel would be perfect for families. Despite all the positive aspects the hotel offers, because of the nearby club I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

Pros: Hotel was amazing clean new amazing staff and facilities

Cons: All good
