Comfy, spacious, facilitated, relaxing, friendly

Pros: I loved the room and how spacious it was. Staff were more than welcoming and helpful the rooms were clean and cleaned every morning

Cons: The door out was underground through the taxi area and you had to walk up the underground ramp to get out of the hotel we asked for other options but we’re always lead to this point

Pros: The room was spacious and the shower was powerful. The roof pool and bar was excellent

Pros: Everything was great. I would like to especially say Sita our room cleaner was amazing and gave an extra attention to detail. She made the trip much better

Cons: My first 5 night was booking in this hotel but after that I wish to extend my stay but unfortunately hotel charge double price of charge, that's very unprofessional and griddy.

Pros: The staff very polite, the room was clean in general it was very nice experience.

Cons: The hot water in the shower need very long time to come . The drain of the washbasin was extremely slow and sometimes leaking.

Loved the hotel and would definitely pick it again.

exceeded expectations breakfast was mostly indian options but we didn't mind

Pros: the breakfast was great - with tons of veg options the hotel itself is great with a rooftop restaurant with good food the area around (shops, supermarket,restaurants etc) were affordable the staff were very friendly and helpful leo and a girl

Cons: we were a bit late to checkout and the person doing the formalities with checkout was not helpful or understanding at all he was doing other works at a relaxed space when i told him repeatedly that we had a flight to catch but that was just one person, all the other staff were very helpful and kind

Pros: The room was superb - spacious, fancy and neat. Rooftop lounge is lovely.

Cons: Restaurant food offerings were not great, especially for plant based options. We didn't try the breakfast, but for dinner, we found little to no dairy free or vegan dishes. It's surprising that a 5-star hotel doesn't cater to different diets. Only stayed 1-night.. it would be a problem if we stayed longer. Nothing much within walking distance of the hotel. Rooftop drinks and food prices were high.

13 years old luxury hotel with good rooms

Pros: Very good materials used like real wood and luxury style. Good stuff. Hotel considered the Accor Account as guesture with their benefits.

Cons: A bit old fashioned, a lot of Indian people with different culture. Spa not for free

Pros: The room was spacious and well decorated. I enjoyed my stay!!
