Not the newest or shiniest in Dubai but the grounds and gardens are amongst the best in Dubai. Outstanding!

Pros: Gardens/grounds/private beach Friendly and efficient staff Ambience of public areas Complimentary spa access

Cons: JBR beach is not quite on the same level as the original Jumeirah Beach

Pros: We had a fantastic time! Everything was top-notch, and the staff are dedicated to making sure you have the best experience possible. We couldn't have asked for more during our stay.

Cons: There was some noise from nearby construction, which is obviously out of the hotel's control. However, if you're looking for total peace and quiet, it's something to keep in mind—though I suppose that's typical for Dubai right now.

Fabulous hotel, great food and the most friendly curteous hotel staff imaginable.Ticks all the Dubai boxes…

Pros: Fabulous hotel in beautiful spacious grounds with a lovely beach. Great choice of restaurants and wonderful spa and gym area.

Cons: Only problems which are completely unrelated to the hotel, is the current noise from the adjacent building work. It is continuously heard in the garden/beach during daylight hours. And disturbs any peace you might be seeking. Also there are traffic restrictions around the hotel so moving at busy periods is painfully slow.

Relaxing holiday with amazing restaurants.

Pros: The staff are amazing, good choice of restaurants and very comfortable clean rooms. The spa treatments are so good .

Cons: The only thing I would mention is that the lighting where you can sit to dry your hair is very dark.

Very enjoyable stay in a top rate resort

Pros: Excellent, well motivated staff. very high standard of cleanliness. Bedroom (suite) was serviced to a very high standard. The resort has ample room outside around the pools and on the beach area so there was plenty of space for everyone.

Cons: Most of the restaurants I would rate as good, some were average.
