Excellent holiday at Hilton Jumeira Beach. Will visit again.

Pros: Whilst the room was comfortable enough, breakfast was sumptuous with very attentive staff. Erika, Ellen and others did their utmost to ensure we were very well looked after in the breakfast room. The hotel is located right there on Jumeira Beach which is prefect for a holiday by the sea. Downstairs in reception, staff were very helpful. Mani was particularly welcoming and helpful and advised us on taxis, getting about etc.

Cons: Can't think of anything, except perhaps the fact that our room usually only got cleaned by 4pm which was rather late!

Perfect location and great choice for families

Pros: Hotel is a no-non sense 5 stars: staff is readily available, everything is extremely intuitive, location is perfect, beach toys available for kids is a great touch, kids’ zone is nice

Cons: Room service menu’ could be improved (too much fast-food like), new adult pool is lovely but it’s not truly a swimming pool (not v deep and it’s more for sunbathing while being in the water). The kids’ pool is a better alternative for swimming but sun exposure is less favourable. However beach access offsets that if sea temperature are not too cold
