Pros: The spa was so relaxing with heated pool, jacuzzi and hum-am The mid morning and afternoon ice lollies at the pool. The bath tub in the room felt like you were in a palace. The life jackets for kids at the pool. Kids club had lots of activities and the kids pool was heated so it made it easy for the kids to swim.

Cons: The initial room we had was not great. It was old and bathroom tiny but the hotel was under renovation. The restaurants have limited veg options.

It was a really nice vacation.

Pros: Costumer service was excellent. The food was tasty. Pool area is very clean and spacious.

Cons: The hotel is a bit outdated, and food variety was not that large.

Pros: Initially we were given a room that we were not happy with but they were able to change this for us after the first night .

Pros: I booked this beautiful hotel for my mom’s birthday, and I can honestly say I liked EVERYTHING about it. From the moment we arrived until we sadly had to leave, the experience was flawless. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the incredibly friendly and thoughtful staff. When I mentioned during booking that it was my mother’s birthday, they went above and beyond to make her feel special. They congratulated her not once, not twice, but THREE times – with a lovely surprise in the room (complete with a handwritten card and a small cake), again at breakfast with the whole restaurant team singing “Happy Birthday,” and once more when we were relaxing by the pool! My mom was beaming all day; she said it was one of the sweetest birthday celebrations she’s ever had. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. The room was spotless and luxurious, the food was good, the facilities were impeccable.

Cons: parts of rooms are under renovation, and construction noise may be noticeable at times

Pros: Beautiful hotel with everything you can think of and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was so spacious and the bathroom was amazing and the marble bath tub was huge. I can’t fault anything in our room. The pool was fantastic and the attention to guest comforts around the pool was just so good. The day spa was next level of luxury and I could have stayed there all day. Loved the gorgeous white ducks that live in the pool area.

Cons: Nothing really, but maybe a bit more variety with the casual dining selection which sounds ridiculous with so many restaurants in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with the choices.
