Incredible stay made even better by the team

Pros: The staff were incredible, so warm and friendly. Housekeeping kept adding small touches to make our stay even better - an additional luggage rack, shelving for shoes… so thoughtful and intentional

Cons: The construction outside occurs around the clock but it’s Dubai so it’s expected

Great place but remeber ear plugs

Pros: Staff are amazing and hotel is very cool. Resteraunt are top is a must.

Cons: Construction chaos all around making it very difficult to access for taxis and loud noise into the early hours

Excellent hotel its a shame what is going on around it it , out of their control

Pros: Very clean , everything was easy accessible and the staff were superb

Cons: Noise from construction around the hotel, 24 hours a day every day 🙁 , new builds are already effecting sunlight

Pros: great location. the service was excellent from the staff. the only negative is there is a massive building construction site next door to the W. so it was a little noisy and the view wasn't exactly great. it should be mentioned on the website and a price reduction would be great until the building site next door is completed.

Pros: Booked the all inclusive deal, was able to use the neighbouring hotels, Royal Meridian and the Westin. So plenty of options for eating and drinking. Also my wife was celebrating her birthday, the hotel put a beautiful balloon and cake with their compliments.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with excellent facilities

Pros: Beautiful hotel with 2 sister hotels located next to it. A wonderful choice of facilities, lovely private beach, numerous bars and six restaurants to choose from. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, beautiful bathroom, lovely bed we really could not fault it at all. Close to the tram and easy to get to the metro which takes you into Dubai city centre

Cons: The property was beautiful. However the are new properties being constructed adjacent to the property and work continues pretty much 24/7 on these. It was an irritation rather than anything else and would not put me off going back there again.

Quirky hotel in a great location with amazing staff. Shame about the surrounding construction sites

Pros: Hotel is in a great location for access to Dubai Marina, JBR and the beach. Has a quirky vibe. Connection to Vibe gym is a real plus. Staff were amazing and the facilities were great and access to the Westin a real bonus.

Cons: The hotel is surrounded by construction which seems to run 24x7

Pros: Food and services were just great although the food comes with a price. It is absolutely expensive.

Cons: They are building big skycrapers around so the view is really getting blocked which is a pity. Besides that it can be noisy at the Pool the coming year!

Amazing holiday in Dubai

Pros: Excellent hotel, friendly staff and amazing choice of restaurants

Had a lovely stay at this gorgeous hotel

Pros: Everything. Comfort, view of the marina, gym, staff etc

Cons: there was a lot of building going on but wasnt too bad from our room. however, the site of the building from the beach wasnt the best although i only went to the beach once to a coffee bar.
