The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Waterpark

Pros: Great location! Great pool area, restaurants great quality!

Cons: Lots of construction nearby but wasn’t noisy and just part of Dubai landscape

Overall very positive, with room for improvement

Pros: It was a pure relax experience. The hotel is luxurious and beautiful and has a lot to offer, like a small city. The food of the buffet is great and the restaurants are very nice and good, especially La Bussola. The rooms as very big and comfortable and very clean. The staff is very mannered and kind. The position is strategic, very close to tram station and citysightseen stop. They have drivers that can take you anywhere at a fair price!

Cons: The service at the hotel and restaurant can be improved. We had experienced many mistakes, long waiting time. Noise from construction work is unavoidable but I would not say unbearable, I almost barely noticed it. In the rooms, the bathrooms are big but outdated.. you would not expect it considering the status of the hotel in general.

The perfect stay

Pros: Exceptional hotel catering for all the family. The room, facilities, food and quality of the hotel were all of the highest order and indeed exceeded expectations. We would definitely consider staying in this hotel again.

Cons: To say anything negative about our stay would be be nit picking.

Pros: Fabulous pool and beach facilities. Excellent food

We loved our stay here. The staff really are great and do everything to make your stay perfect.

Pros: Great hotel with great staff. Room was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast had everything you'd ever want with a very relaxed atmosphere,. Maybe the service could improve slightly, but this is a minor issue.

Cons: Service needs a boost. Coffees at breakfast might turn up at some point. Lunch at the beach could take 2 hours to arrive. Just factor it in, as it's delicious when it does arrive.

A beautifully opulent, effortlessly calm hotel with impeccable service that made travelling with you

Pros: We had an exceptionally seamless stay. The hotel is beautiful and opulent without feeling overdone, with a calm, luxurious aesthetic and excellent attention to detail throughout. Service was consistently warm, polished, and proactive, which made a huge difference travelling with two young children. Facilities and layout were flawless for kids, and everything felt easy and well thought through. The only minor suggestion would be firmer beds and pillows, which is of course a personal preference. Overall, a truly pampering and stress-free stay and we got a late check out which was a god send.

Cons: The beds and breakfast should have muesli/granola and fresh self-serve juice option

A great place to stay in Dubai! Fantastic hotel, amenities, food and location - highly recommend!

Pros: Amazing breakfast, great family sized room and staff were very helpful - everything you would expect and more!

Pros: My daughter got an eye infection and the hotel were excellent. They sent a nurse and then we needed a doctor. The duty mangers (each one) helped us from with providing food from the restaurant to the rooms to giving us late check for our late night flight.

Cons: Nothing.

Had a perfect family holiday at the luxurious Westin Mina Seyahi!

Pros: Westin had a lot of staff with great attitude and service! The kids loved the waterpark, which was also very safe because of the staff in every corner. The pool area was perfect. The restaurants were great with a giant buffet for breakfast. The entrance and lobby were beautiful and luxurious. Overall the experience was much better than expected, and we had high expectations! Highly recommended!

Cons: The traffic is very congested when leaving the hotel towards Downtown. I suggest taking the walk bridge to the other side of the road and taking the taxi there, which will save 30 minutes.

Pros: Exceptionally friendly staff. Always find a way and a solution to assist you with your needs

Cons: Sometimes their valet service were over extended and some delays in accessing your vehicle but not a big issue
