Great location and facilities but shame about the sun around the pool.

Pros: The location and proximity to the beach. The breakfast buffet was superb and well worth having.

Cons: We had to chase the sun around the pool which was in shade for a lot of the day so we had to transfer to the beach by 2:30 which was a pain.

Pros: Husain in the hotel reception is excellent man, he is a very professional and very friendly , next time I will stay in Sherston because of the way I see Husain dealing with hotel guests. The hotel is lucky to have someone like Husain.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Hotel on JBR Beach, Dubai. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach with easy access to the promenade, restaurants, and stunning views. The hotel itself is welcoming, relaxed, and ideal for a beachside break. A particular thank you goes to Rahul, whose beach service was outstanding. Always smiley, attentive, and genuinely friendly, he made our beach days even more enjoyable. We’d also like to mention Elvis and Bala for their great poolside chats and warm, personable service — they really added to the friendly atmosphere around the pool. The only small area for improvement would be housekeeping, as we did have to request room cleaning on one occasion after it was overlooked. That said, once raised, it was dealt with promptly. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service from the team. We would happily return and recommend the Sheraton JBR to anyone looking for a relaxing beach hotel in Dubai.

Pros: Great property, loved its location, rooms, overall facilities. The staff was very warm and took very good care of my daughters serving their choice of food and ensuring they were well taken care. Special mention to Chef Nayak, Chef Parvat and Sivaji for their warm hospitality.

Pros: Spacious and comfortable, with many activity and hang- out options and great restaurants / bars

Lovely location and hotel, but not ideal for a winter or high-season stay

Pros: The location is perfect, the hotel and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated and maintained and the breakfast is fabulous.

Cons: I’m not sure whether this was due to the high season or other operational issues, but as a group of six we repeatedly had difficulty being seated together at breakfast. We were happy to wait for a larger table, yet on several days we were asked to sit separately or placed near the entrance, far from the buffet. Some staff responses felt dismissive. Although the manager later apologized, the issue continued throughout our stay. The pool is small and not heated, making it unusable in winter. The “spa” area is also very snalk, limited (women only) and extremely dated, leaving almost no option to enjoy the hotel during cooler weather.

Pros: Location is good, breakfast- plenty of choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cons: The private hotel beach gets little or no sun at all because of the neighbouring tall building. Same thing with pool.

Amazing, very recommended

Pros: Food, catering, staff is amazing. Very recommended. We spent 2 weeks here with 1,5 year old and it was great. Shout out to the chefs and to all the staff who was extremely nice. With kids this is perfect to stay.

Pros: A big thank you to the entire hotel team and to Mr. Camillus. You all helped make our stay wonderful and allowed us to celebrate two birthdays in a very special way. We can highly recommend this hotel. Everyone is extremely warm, friendly, and helpful.
