Pros: Fabulous hotel, very comfortable, great staff and facilities. Highly recommend.

Cons: There is building work very close that is 24 hours, they don't stop at night. We had ocean facing room and could hear building noise at night. I had earplugs so not an issue and my husband slept through it but if you are a light sleeper, you might want to consider your room choice and which direction you face.

Good food in restaurants and a warm pool in winter

Pros: I liked the possibility to eat in various restaurants on the premises of the hotel serving good food (especially Italian but not only). The warm extensive pool and the location in the marina by the beach are great.

Cons: The construction of a new skyscraper right next door is actually a hinderance, construction work begins early morning and ends at midnight. Although knowing about it and choosing this hotel consciously, it turned out that it was not as unbearable as some people write. I didn't expect peace and relaxation I knew that most of the time I would be away - but if someone is going to spend time mainly at the pool or the beach, it is worth to taking it into account because this construction will probably take a few more months...

Nice hotel with own beach.

Pros: good location. Nice beach, good breakfast and very friendly staff. The half board option was very good as all hotel restaurants could be used.

Cons: beachfront room was very nice. Only issue is the building works which can be heard most of day and night.

Pros: The hotel and staff went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was comfortable. We will definitely book again

Cons: There wasn't anything that we didn't like. There was building works however we were made aware of that before arrival and were given a room upgrade upon arrival. Superb

Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Pros: I love the location tucked away from busy JBR but still super close to it and Dubai Marina. I love the kindness of all the staff especially the housekeeping (I think Chandra?) and reception team. The facilities are superb and each outlet is designed to provide an amazing experience. We will definitely go back!

Cons: The only thing I would have like is to be able to open a window in our room, it wasn't possible to do so.

Pros: The property has a pleasent quiet beach far from public hustle and bustle, cool small chairs to enjoy waterfront, decent grill restaurant, good coffee
