Pros: This place was beyond amazing. The location is perfect, super close to Dubai Mall with a stunning view of Burj Khalifa. The apartment was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the building itself is very elegant and secure. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant at first because of some negative reviews I had read on Booking, but my experience was the complete opposite — everything exceeded my expectations. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. From the moment I made the payment until the end of my stay, he kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. This apartment is truly a hidden gem, especially if you’re traveling as a family. Spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Nice location and view if you ready to pay for it.

Pros: excellent location for visiting Dubai Mall and downtown facilities, good beds, new building

Cons: Cheap shampoos and shower gels, few cutlery, a very meager welcome kit, the landlord in the chat begs for a 10 out of 10 rating in exchange for a discount in the future. that's not how it works - to be 10 out of 10, you need to be more than just a good place, especially at such a premium price.
