Pros: Staff are amazing, great facilities. Would highly recommend for a relaxing break.

Cons: Rooftop bar was closed for a private event one evening, no notice was provided in advance. Would have been good to know beforehand as ended up sitting in a corner of the bar area and would have gone elsewhere that evening. Fantastic stay other than that

Pros: The Room was fantastic, really spacious and comfortable. We got a half board and it was very good. Breakfast is perfect here. We tried the Italian resultant for lunch and it was so good. Pool and beach access are 10 out of 10 Staff and the manager were really friendly and cooperative whenever we needed them

Had a really good time and the upgraded room was super!

Pros: They left balloons and wrote a happy birthday card for one of the guests and also upgraded the hotel room. Was really nice!

Cons: Late check in time at 3pm and check out at 12pm although they could give us an hour extra late check out. Quite pricey for the food and drink.

Pros: Staff were excellent with the little details.Special mention ARAM at breakfast each morning.He was so polite.Also the kids club was fantastic.Our daughter enjoyed it so much !

Rockstar experience on the Palm

Pros: If you want a rockstar experience - book the W on the Palm. The minute you step out of the car and into the hotel, you're treated like royalty. Front desk team (Vee) ensured we had a great experience, and even went out of her way to include anniversary treats in our room. The room was really special and huge, with a great balcony and a massive bathroom. Very funky design, comfy bed, and pillows. The Wetdeck bar on a Sunday was the perfect end to our rockstar weekend.

Cons: If there was anything I would change, it would be the water temperature (either very hot or very cold), and the towels. I like mine fluffy.
