Good stay for family vacation

Pros: Staff are very haloful, we celebrated birthday of my daughter and they arranged well everything. Also, view from the hotel is amazing and pool and beach area is very well for the sence of beach hotel. Breakfast area is outside and it is really perfect.

Pros: Beautiful building. Resort feel but city accessible via taxi. Super staff particularly at breakfast and at the beach. Shout out to Kamal and Sam (from hydro) who were both able to anticipate our needs so well!

Cons: The only comment I have is for half board it would be great to have more menu variety. As there’s only 2 restaurants with the menu staying the same in each, the choice became limited over the week. Quality of the food was first rate though.

A great luxury hotel, but a little too far out of things.

Pros: The two bedroom suite we stayed in was huge, and very well furnished and equipped . The breakfast buffet had a great range of food options available. The pool and beach were also great, with plenty of space and comfortable sunbeds. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were very helpful.

Cons: The biggest drawback was due to its location far out on the palm, you had a long taxi journey to go anywhere, especially with the traffic congestion. There are only a couple of restaurants in the hotel, which lets it down as each night we had to travel elsewhere on the palm or to JBR for dinner. There are no shops at all within walking distance of the hotel.

My family and I loved the stay!

Pros: Location, cleanliness and overall experience was incredible. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Dubai, this hotel had the kindest and most attentive staff which truly made the stay even better.

Cons: It’s brilliant, I just feel that it needs updating with slightly more modern finishings.

Cons: The pool bar staff were slow and not attentive. We waited at the pool side bar for 10mins and another guest had to get out of the pool to find a someone to go to the bar. Then we had to wait 10minns for the drinks to be made somewhere else and brought there. Takes a while in the traffic to get to the city centre from there.

Pros: Residences where big - fantastic big balcony reaching from the 2 bedrooms to the living room . Kitchen good size. 3 showers and 3 toilets . King bed and in other bedroom 2 twin beds .

A very good hotel with excellent staff.

Pros: The staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good and I give it 8.5/10 but it lacked wow factor. The eggs royale which is the benchmark of a good breakfast was excellent. The two restaurants were also very good. Nice pool and a good DJ on the weekends. Our suite was big and again very nice. Also spotlessly clean.

Cons: Disappointing arrival experience not from the staff who were excellent but the property as there isn’t really a lobby where people can congregate and have a drink or a coffee and the reception area lacks any atmosphere which is a pity. Hard to change it now but a lobby especially in a hotel of this stature should have atmosphere. I would have liked to see carpets in our room and the corridors. Whilst the tiles were nice they don't add luxury in the way that a carpet can. That there are only two restaurants. Whist they're good it does limit thing things somewhat.
